Meditation Offerings
We offer an abundance of meditation offerings. Meditation is meant to clear the mind of thoughts. It is about accepting where you are and the thoughts that come, but to let them go. Focus on the present and your breath.

Although this may sound easy, it can be a challenge. Especially when one is overwhelmed or going through a difficult time. That is why we are here to help!
First, we will go over the different types of meditation. There are a few different options that we offer. Which ever option speaks to you (your initial gut instinct) go with it!
1.
MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
Taking note of your body. Paying attention to what arises. Letting thoughts come and letting them pass. We call this "taking note and accepting."

MANTRA MEDITATION
If you are into mantras and chanting, this is the right meditation for you! We call this Japa Meditation. You will focus on one mantra (ex. OM) and repeat is 108 times typically done with mala beads (prayer beads).

CLASSIC MEDITATION
Here we will guide you to silence. Starting off with a gentle guide and then you will be transcending to your meditative state. Gently, you will be brought back to an alert state. You can choose the duration of time you would like to practice.

SPIRITUAL MEDITATION
Throughout this meditation practice, you will get closer to your religion/spirituality. No matter which religion or spiritual practice you follow, this will get you closer to God, or a loved one. Typically, essential oils like sandalwood, cedar, lavender, or sage.
4.
MOVEMENT MEDITATION
If you are someone that isn't quite ready to sit in silence, or chant a mantra this is for you. You will have the option of doing a meditative walk/hike, mindfully doing a task together, or doing a gentle yoga flow with mindfulness.

EMOTION MEDITATION
Emotion meditation is used to hone in on our emotions. Take feelings like anger and sadness and open the mind to love and acceptance, compassion and kindness.This form of meditation will release you from 'unwanted' emotions and trade them for more positive emotions.
